Project BriefOur work for Lofts of Haute Maison included the renovation of a historical building in downtown Terre Haute. We were able to work with Indiana Landmarks to re-create the existing facade. The project entailed a complete interior renovation including new windows, steel stairs, and elevator. The apartment complex was constructed to have eight-units of luxury loft apartments with a rooftop terrace. The construction team for the project was pre-selected by Holder and the owners throughout the duration of the project.
